Class Leadership
These workshops encourage the development of leadership skills in high school and middle school students. Three schools work together and each send 10-16 students to each workshop. Three workshops are held throughout the school year, with each district hosting one time. The students learn to communicate as a team working toward a common goal that will have a positive effect on their school. They learn the importance of communication when working as a team and how to be a team player as well as a team leader, and the importance of both. This includes:

  • Teaming in Leadership
  • Developing Active Listening Skills
  • Understanding Leadership Styles
  • Decision Making
  • Time Management
  • Understanding Body Language
  • Discovering Your Abilities
  • Crisis Management
  • Hand-On Activities and Role Playing
  • Stress Management
  • 7 Habits Training

Motivational Workshops
These workshops motivate teachers to become involved with the students and be aware of what is taking place around them. Motivation and involvement are the keys to a good and productive relationship between students and staff members.
